Wayne is correct. The same plug is also on my Western Electric 911A

Teletype test set.

It seems Ma Bell used that particular plug a lot.

I believe that TWX data sets have the same twist connector with the male on the data set and the female on the end of the power cord that comes from the UCC-3.  

 

Jack, can you confirm this?
