[GreenKeys] Where do you buy TTY Paper rolls

Just did a quick search on google for shops in the Netherlands, that
type of rolls (white paper with telex printed on both sides) go for
Eur 40 (approx $50) per case of 6 rolls.

Plain white paper version is just a little less in price.
