[GreenKeys] Turn & Pull Twist-Lock power plug (LPR, LPW)

Hi all,

I'm looking for a plug that I suspect is unobtanium, but as I don't
see a lot of discussion in the archive, I'm hoping maybe I'm wrong.

Both my LPR (M28 reperforator) and LPW (M28 paper winder) have a male
twist-lock style power connector with a central ground pin and two
diametrically opposed power blades.  I have attached photos of the LPW
line plug with a NEMA 15 beside it for comparison, as well as the LPR
chassis mount plug.

What I'd like to find is the mating line receptacle (that would plug
into either one of these on the end of an extension).  I cannot find a
Teletype part number for this plug.  Both the LPR and LPW parts lists
have a part 114466, but the drawing shows only two pins and the
description is "Connector, Receptacle (2 Pt)", which leads me to
believe that this is a (perhaps older?) part without the central
ground pin.

I see a mention in the archive of Arrow-Hart being the manufacturer of
"Turn & Pull" plugs in another context, but A-H seems to now be owned
by Cooper and their "Turn & Pull" products are NEMA standard
twist-lock plugs.  It's not clear to me if this is the right parts
line or not, but I cannot find even a vintage plug that looks right.

So ... am I out of luck, or does someone know where to find one of
these?  I'd like to cable the LPW to my KSR using this plug, at the
very least, and ideally I'd plug one into the LPR as well.  The LPW
cord was shot, so I can put a NEMA plug on it if I have to, but ...
