Thanks for everyone's feedback! Especially the option of buying in bulk by getting a pallet. 

The best deal that I could find was on Amazon - 

PM Company Perfection Friction Fed/Teletype Rolls, 8.43 Inches x 235 Feet 12/Carton for $77.66 with free shipping. Unfortunately, that was the last one in stock.
