I could totally be misreading your email, but are you talking about the ITTY Broadcast channel, as seen here?:

…and using the RTTYMailer app for it? I was having a heck of a time trying to submit things for it and found a way to make it work. What I found (settings):
Server: itty
Address (clear the contents and insert): internet-tty.net
(…and a name for yourself)
…and in the mail composer, choose news (and of course, do line returns at the end of every line). I had to wrap the app in a Windows wrapper in order to use on a Mac, but still works :) .
