[GreenKeys] Western Union wiring cabinet 9100

Anyone familiar with this WU substitute for a LESU?  Found WD and I am 
wondering about the fact that the polar relay socket has been removed. 
The hole left seems a little large for just a missing polar relay 
socket.  Will be going though it with the VOM to see how it compares to 
the WD, but any advance hints will be appreciated.

I didn't find any marking to tell me if it's version A, B or C.
