[GreenKeys] ASR28 glass

Hello, I am looking for the glass panel that goes in top of the ASR 28
teletype the one you can see the paper being printed through.  We had a 7.0
earthquake here in Anchorage last Friday and a Clegg 22'er fell off the
shelf above and right onto of the teletype and smashed the glass. Strangely
enough the Clegg was undamaged.
