Do a web search for
"posterior capsular opacification"
For a complete explanation. Pretty common. I have had two friends
who had cataract surgery, I think one needed the follow up for
this. Fixed with a laser in a few minutes.
I am lucky and have not developed cataracts, at least not yet.
I have two close friends who have had implants, both
successful. One had to wait until she had medicare and was almost
completely blind when she could finally have the surgery. Her
vision is normal now.
