[GreenKeys] Musical Teletype

In the Air Force in southeast Asia, teletype maint. people would
exchange song lyrics and a form of sheet music. The melody line notes
would be named with a number to indicate the octave and an"H" after the
note to indicate it was a sharp. Crude, but good enough to pick out a
tune on the piano, or transcribe to a music note book.
