This is the classical "international" Telex keyboard layout.
The numbers were separated in most countries. Here in Germany it is
essential as our keyboard layout is QWERTZ. Which means the number 6 would
have to be
together with the Y in the lower row first position from left. ;-)
Very nice Telex machine you found there.
