[GreenKeys] Model 32 ASR with four row keyboard.

I have an interesting model 32. I originally thought it was a model 33 
because it had a four row keyboard, but it's not.
It has a five level punch and reader with the thin tape. I'm not 
familiar with 32's as I use my Teletypes only with vintage
computers so have mostly 33's and a few 35's (plus one 37).

Anyone know what / where this four row 32 type machine was used?
