[GreenKeys] Western Union 7C tape transmitter?

Does anybody know anything about the Western Union 7C tape transmitter? I’m looking at some magazine plans from the 50’s that call for one, so it would have probably been available as surplus at that time, but I haven’t been able to find any other information about that model, or where it was used. If anybody has any information on it, I’d be grateful, and I’d especially like to find one.
