[GreenKeys] Model 15/19 wiring

Since I got the W.U. Model 19 printing pretty well my next hurdle is
getting it to print when I type on the keyboard.  The keyboard is in
series with the loop.  When I press a key the clutch on the keyboard
rotates but the printer does not print.  I believe the issue is with the
wiring between the keyboard and base because I have tried several
different things such as swapping a keyboard from a known working
machine, swapping a typing unit from a known working machine, swapping
the keyboard from the known "non-working" machine into the known working
machine.  I have also tried jumpering various contacts on the terminal
strips.

The "non-typing" machine does not have the Send/Rec./Break switch
mechanism installed.  I also notice that if you are looking at the 9
finger stock tab contacts on the keyboard (from the front) the one on
the far left does not have a wire connected to it.  I can't detect any
other non-standard wiring or anything that seems obviously to have been
altered.  The machine is on a 7904-A table.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
