[GreenKeys] What is it?

Looks like a UGC-20.  Also in the same visual configuration is the 
TEMPEST version that has an electronic distributor than cannot be 
eavesdropped.  The plain UGC-20 is basically a 28 typing unit with a 32 
keyboard.  I have one, interesting little set.

Gil had a page for them on baudot.net but I can't get anything other 
than the landing page to come up.
