[GreenKeys] putting castors on 28 KSR's

There were holes in the bottoms of my 28 cabinets, but the metal looked
too thin for single stud casters. I emptied the cabinets, turned them
upside down, and drilled and tapped holes for regular four screw plate
style casters. The ones I found fit very well and you hardly notice
them. In a few weeks when the snow, rain, and cold ends? and I can work
in my garage, I will see what I can do to put casters under a model 19
table and a Kleinschmidt single table.
