    The Model 26 was considered something of a lemon in its day.
It was a cost-reduced machine for light-duty use. It has
sheet metal where a Model 15 has cast iron. Not many have
survived.  If it's in good condition, it might be worth
having.  If it's a rusty hulk or damaged, probably not.

    Don't know about rubber parts. One of the good things
about Model 14 and 15 machines is that they have very few
rubber parts, because they predate Neoprene oil-resistant
rubber. The later machines such as Model 33 have rubber
and plastic parts that don't age well and have to be replaced.
The Model 26 is in between.
