[GreenKeys] 164C1 Test Set

If anyone was following this, I discovered that the bezel snaps on to 
the front of the test set. Just pull it off and the screws are exposed.  
Once the bezel is removed, the CRT can be pushed out through the front 
as Pete said.  The screws don't even need to be removed.
