Since this is based on scores, putting high and low power into the same
pool seemed unfair. We had to pick one, and since W5DT is sponsoring the
plaque he picked HP.

On the other hand, we could look at it another way and allow all single op
categories, because mostly the result is I call it out in the results
article online, and bits are free. Others could sponsor the other plaques.
I'm easy. ;)

We're re-working the equipment list based on yours and others feedback,
stay tuned.
