I dunno - BUT I'd venture to say that the cheap-<donkey> version came 
second...

Just like toilet paper you can see through and plastic
shopping bags that are so thin that they come with
holes in them - and Clorox Bleach which after a zillion
years of being sold by the gallon is now being sold by
the 3.414 quart-sized. And a 20-pack of beer that cost
what the full-case size costed last time you shopped.

WOW! -  How'd you guess that I just got back from spending
the day at the DMV trying to register my new car?
