    FWIW, I opened the HTML version and converted it to PDF using the 
converter in Windows 10.  Works fine.
    Also for the Howard Krum article in the Armour Institute journal, 
the first pages of all the issues with table of contents appear at the 
_back_ of the PDF. Makes it much easier to find whats in it.
     Thanks to both of you for pointing out these interesting publications.
