[GreenKeys] Handling CRs

hi Eric - Based on your original post on cq-contest, I have undertaken to
try and survey the available contest software and see what it does.

I did get answer from a Writelog developer. It turns out that the answer is
"it's complicated" because Writelog may be passing data through a third
party software - like MMTTY - and there might be a hardware making its own
choices as well.

Writelog does send CRLF when told to send a newline. If the station is
using FSK directly from Writelog both characters are sent. And there is no
way in Writelog to interfere with that, short of a badly behaving modem -
there's no way for a user to turn off a full CRLF. So there is that.
