We had an Olivetti accounting machine at the office in Cologne in the early 80' - man, that was a loud and monsters beast. Down the hallway was the secretary's office - she was operating a Olivetti TTY. I don't remember the model, but it was a sweet little machine. In the mid 80', we upgraded and every office was equipped with at least one computer. Don't remember what happened to the old machines - they probably went into metal recycling.
