[GreenKeys] Looking for Traffic Lamp globe and or part number(s)

Those are Western Electric “Bee Hive” lamp bases. Try

looking on Ebay.  The covers/lenses and the bulbs are

often listed. The bulbs are slide-in “switchboard” types.

All kinds of voltages were used.

Bases are slight different.

 

Were these Teletype or a third party ?
