[GreenKeys] R&R perforating unit from M15? (Was craigslist M15 in St. Cloud MN)

Howdy GKer's,

How difficult is it to remove the perofrating unit from one M15 and install
it to another. The owner of the below-linked machine realizes his asking
price is pretty silly and is now looking to move it.

Unless he (we) can find a new owner for it, he'd let the perf. go
separately to me, and that's something of interest..

So how do-able is it?
