Hi all

I connect to the Internet directly, in other words, I'm calling the i-Telex
server.
The number you want to call, is entered through the keyboard.
There is a control box; it contains the hardware needed to convert comport
<> current loop, plus 3 buttons for resp. Connect, Disconnect and Local.
Local must be present for your own safety, otherwise you might risc that
someone is calling you while you are changing the paper or ribbon

/Nico

By "connection to the i-Telex system" do you mean connecting
to a TW39 port on an i-Telex system, such as the one Henning
and the others on the team has made available.

Or are you talking about your software emulates the i-Telex
system with a direct connection to the internet? If so, does it
support a call control unit between the gentex and the TTY
machine? Or does it do the call control internally via software?
