Well the email is working again.

For non hams looking for contest frequencies it's the low end of the HF 
bands.
80m below 3600kHz
40m below 7125kHz
20m below 14150kHz
15m below 21200kHz
10m below 28300kHz

If you use one of the web sdr's the activity should be real apparent 
once the gun goes off :-)

W5DT and WK6I had some excellent information on contesting. I would add 
on duplicates
if someone pops up as a dupe and he's calling you go ahead and work him, 
No penalties for dupes
and *don't edit them out of the log!!* Here's an example of why to work 
them, the other guy had a
hardware failure and lost his log and needs the dupe to fill the new 
one.......you won't get the
point be he will.

And the most important thing to remember is......it's not all about the 
points!
