Regarding RTTY contests coming up, and also a good general resource on RTTY
contests, is:
https://www.rttycontesting.com/
The Worked All Europe contest happens to be this weekend, and it is a high
activity, high content 48 hour contest. You'll find that people are sending
lists of contacts to each other (QTCs) that will give you plenty to copy.
(I'll be on at W7RN.)
There are also a couple of lower activity contests between now and January.
Another RTTY practice happens every Thursday evening, details here:
http://www.ncccsprint.com/rttyns.html
This "contest" generally follows the Sprint contest rules sponsored by the
National Contest Journal - but you don't have to worry about the details to
get some good practice in.
ALSO: I would highly recommend that this group schedule its own practice
sessions between now and then.
And: We usually schedule two practice sessions just prior to the Roundup,
in the past it has been on the Friday 2200-2230z and Saturday 0200-0230z.
If at some point you want me to, I'd be happy to spread the word about your
practice sessions to other RTTY groups so that the glass-ops can join in
and give you more stations to work.
