[GreenKeys] Quoth the RTTY...

I may have mentioned this before, but I'm still trying to find this poem
running around inside my head, which was a spoof of Poe's "The Raven" (the
poem I mean, not my head, although these days they are largely
indistinguishable).
It was posted to USENET way back in the 80s (when dinosaurs had 300bd
modems), quite likely in either rec.radio.amateur.misc or
rec.radio.amateur.digital, but I'm damned if I can find it in any archive.
The bits that I can remember in my addled memory are:
"And the main-shaft's driven member lay in pieces on the floor"
"RTTY Contest was tomorrow, vainly had I sought to borrow"
"Like a little kitten purring, running RYs by the score"
"In a bid to break its fetters, I've worn out the key marked LTRS"
And the refrain was:
"Quoth the RTTY: 464"
(Yes, the FIGS was jammed on.)
Hey, if we all put our heads together we could re-compose it!
