[GreenKeys] Text to Baudot

I'm just catching up on the email. I'm surprised that nobody brought up
Heavy Metal (a wonderful name, in my opinion). I've been using it to
drive my Teletype equipment for years. It has some pretty powerful
scripting functionality too.
The original version created by Bill Buzbee can be found here:

It's a bit dated and will probably not run in the latest Perl
environment although I think the executable will run fine.
Maintenance of the program was taken over by Javier Albinarrate. His

Both were members were (and may still be) members of this august forum.
