[GreenKeys] period HF receivers

Hi All,
As I have posted lately, I am in the process of setting up a nice TTY (RATT) system in which I will attempt to combine Teletype with internet, dial up, and actual radio. Both to receive and ultimately transmit.
I have a very nice Icom R-70 HF receiver, and that is an excellent radio. I have a longwire antenna, and can receive good comms with it. I will be using that to get things set up with, and I am sure it will work well.
However, as I am trying to stay in the 50's early 60's Navy radio room look, I will be looking for a rack mount tube receiver, probably within one or two years.
My Question is this... what sort of radio would not only look the part, but be period correct? I cannot afford the thousands that a dead and blown up R-390 will bring, but would like something a bit easier to find. (And when I hear stories of pallets of R390's rusting away in the weather, I cringe.)
I am not all that knowledgeable in US Navy nomenclature, but need ideas for what to look for. I will be using a Navy CV-89 initially with my Icom, but that Icom will look a bit silly on top of the '89. :-)
Once again,
Thank you for your patients with me!
Best,
Joe HerdlerKB0TXC
