Western Union, in the last days of the Model 15 in 1956, used a
pinfeed Model 15 to print on continuous-form telegram blanks.
They even had a large relay box which did word wrap and a
burster to separate the pages. This replaced the old system
of hand-gluing tape from Model 14 machines onto telegram blanks.

For pinfeed paper, try "http://www.labeloutfitters.com". Call them
and discuss the dimensions.
