[GreenKeys] WLO and KPH

Hi all,
Forgive my ignorance, but what are WLO and KPH? I googled WLO and found that it transmits RTTY weather information. Is it in 5 bit Baudot? Are these RTTY transmissions TTY compatible by using the carriage return at the end of lines? Does anyone on the GK regularly receive these broadcasts and are there any things that one should be aware of when receiving them with a HF receiver and CV type demodulator?

Hi Joe.  KPH transmits PX and WX each Saturday starting at 1000 Pacific time in Baudot.  Later in the day we switch to FEC.

I know WLO had a Baudot transmitter on the air but I'm not sure if that's still the case.
