[GreenKeys] Connectors for CV-89

Hi again,
What are the connectors on the CV-89 called? I will need the power connector and the tone in connector as well as the TTY out connector. Is there a source for these any more? I would hate to modify it simply because I cannot find a connector.
Does the CV-89 provide internal loop current? I would prefer that they did not so that I can use my own loop current source.
