  Had been on the lookout for an AN/UGC-144 terminal for a young ham in Italy (heaven knows why he wanted one of these things!) and found one at Larry Tighe's house this past week (Thanks, Larry!!).


  So, now I have two questions:  First, can anyone suggest a source for a manual for the thing?   


  And, second.. am I going to run afoul of export controls when I try to ship it to Italy?
