It's made by the Great Northern Telegraph Works, Copenhagen.
We have several Boehme keying heads, one of which we use on the air, and also several "Kleins" to punch the Wheatstone tape. But KPH actually used Creed keying heads. We salvaged some of those from KFS but have not yet restored any. Interestingly, the Creed heads are on Boehme chassis with Boehme drive motors and transmissions.

It's true, the Boehme (and apparently the Creed) will send continuous dots when the tape runs out. The so called KPH "dotter" was so famous that a ship's RO even drew a cartoon of it (steam powered in his drawing).
