I have scanned NAVSHIPS 94456 (Feb 1963) which covers the following:
TT-192/UG & TT-274/UG - standard receive-only typing reperf
TT-192A/UG - miniature receive-only typing reperf
TT-253/UG, TT-253A/UG, & TT-292/UG - keyboard typing reperf

This manual has a little different description, troubleshooting, and repair
info from the usual Teletype bulletins. One oddity is that parts are
identified using the military Hxxx and Oxxx part numbers in the drawings
and text, but the parts list has the corresponding Teletype Part Number. I
guess in the earlier days, the Navy tried to make their manuals more like
standard military ones, but gave up and later ones are the same as the
Teletype versions.
