[GreenKeys] ASR33 distributor clutch stuck

Greetings -

I am attempting to restore an ASR33 Print mechanism .. Model Code on plate
is UP152/141/TV

The distributor clutch seems to be stuck in the running state. I am looking
around to determine how to disable it, but haven't found the problem yet.

This is a bare printer mechainism with no power going to it except the
motor.
