[GreenKeys] Just brought that Teletype home ? Do this FIRST

This is somewhat of a take-off of an April article in 73 Magazine, back in its
early years.  The circuit was a bit different.  It had a latching relay that
would latch, and one of its contacts lit a lamp whose legend said,

	"Fuse was good"
