[GreenKeys] 1khz reference tone...

It was called "Milliwatt Supply".  But it apparently is not still running 
in Houston.  The oldest exchange (CO) in the city is 713-461 (we've been on 
10-digit dialing for decades), and on it plus a couple of others I get the 
disconnect/not in service message.
