[GreenKeys] CRLF or not CRLF?

If I remember correctly from my days as a TTY repair jock in the USAF the TTY operators always used the sequence of CR, CR, LF at the end of each line (it gave the carriage plenty of time to get back to the left margin).  I got in the habit back then as well and still use it today.  So if you work me in the TTY RU next year your going to get that sequence from me.  And if you get connected to i-Telex you'll see that from my end as well.

Not all machine types require that extra time but you might not know what's on the other end.
