[GreenKeys] 10 Hz shift RTTY?

Sorry, I should have said. Just change V204 from a 12AU7 to a 12AX7.
This was done in the field for 10 cps shift operation and in all CV-89A
produced on contract NObsr-64205.
Beyond that I know nothing!
