While it may be a step forward if you read the bill you will see that the associations still have a say and can run you around for as long as they want. There are some key sentences in there that still give the associations some control to limit your antennas. Thank god I live in a community that doesn’t even require radio towers for hams to have to go through a permit process because they know the value of radio.

Ha! You should have asked around the neighborhood and determined who all had in their houses Wi-Fi, wireless sensors and controller on their security system, etc. and written up the whole bunch for violations. Although usually hidden and generally small, all of those things have an antenna of some sort.
