[GreenKeys] 2018 RTTY RU to include a "REAL" Teletype award category

    I am not sure what drives the contesters in any mode. A lot of the 
CW contests I hear seem to use automated equipment, practically 
computers talking to other computers. What is the point? It used to be 
that contests served two purposes; one to increase the skill level of 
operators, and the other to keep the bands in use.
