Hi all!

Jim has kindly pointed me to some U.S.
patent numbers which is likely to provide
the technical info I was looking for...

Still, wud be interesting to know that if anyone
on this list is actively using one of the machines...

Jim also mentioned W.U. had some input
with Teletype Corp'n referring to the design
of the 32/33 product line...

Is there any fact to the story of the short lived
Teletype TT242 that it was the real forerunner of
the 32/33?

Just wondering, as the typewheel printing mech
looks very similar to that of the 32/33...

I believe this machine, the TT242, had been built for
the military, but failed on account of some
mechanical issues...

Probably one of the rarest Teletypes ever made...

Just curious about this machine, as I have never
seen one!
