GE OMs;
Jeff - I completely agree with you - EXCEPT no one plays
by the rules.
Look at the guy in the White House and the
one that just left it: LIARS LIARS LIARS!
Try lying to your boss and see how long you get to keep your job, right?
ANYWAY,
Well, here's my story;
I'm in a HOA community, with antenna restrictions.
I'm also the V.P. on the board of directors.
And I used pure terrorism to put up my Isotron antenna.
Here's the way it went down:
(During the monthly walk-around where we look for violations
and things that need attention)
T= The Guys: Hey Tony - what's that thing?
M= Me: It's an antenna for my Amateur Radio Station.
T: You can't put up an antenna - it's against the CC&Rs.
M: Yeah, - I know: I've read thru all the CC&Rs.
T: When are you going to take it down?
M: As soon as you empty out your garage, which as you know the
CC&Rs say you must use as your primary parking space...
M: Anybody else got a problem with my antenna?
-End of Issue- (because they were all breaking at least one
or more of the CC&Rs - and didn't want to correct the condition.)
UE,
K2EAA - TONY
