[GreenKeys] ELF in Canada...

I once worked a guy in Boulder, Co.

I sent him a QSL card - and made a note on it,
asking: "How is your reception of WWV?"

He QSLL'd and wrote just one word on it - in LARGE
CAPITAL LETTERS" it said: "OUTSTANDING!!!".
