[GreenKeys] 10 Hz shift RTTY?

I don't know what the limits are, but there is a certain speed limit you can
send at on a given frequency.

Don't recall what they were using to communicate with the submarines on
about 20 KHz, but the speed was very slow like just a couple of words per
minute.
