[GreenKeys] 10 Hz shift RTTY?

It was tried during the cold war using AM broadcast stations to send
RTTY over a wide area. AM stations must keep their frequency within 20
cycles of their assigned frequency, so a 10 cycle FSK shift would be
within limits. It should not be noticable to listeners, unless they had
and turned on a BFO, and had good pitch to hear the shift. I don't
know how well it worked, the project ended after a few years. If it had
worked out, it might have given WLW a chance to resurrect their 500KW
transmitter.
