Emptying card keypunch chad bins over people's heads is probably safe.
You don't want to do it with punched paper tape chads, too much chance
of inhaling the oiled paper and causing pneumonia.

Seems like the official IBM term for the keypunch residue was "chips"
rather than "chads".  And I once had an argument, that went nowhere,
concerning whether "chad" is actually plural when you mean a bunch of
chads.  Or a bunch of chad.
