[GreenKeys] Model 15 bell crank bracket scratches...

Hi all!

If one looks closely at the area of scratches, upon
close examination, the bell crank mounting plate
appears to have a slightly "Raised" surface on the
upper edge of the bracket directly behind the
bell crank eccentrics...

When the bracket was stamped out during
the manufacturing process, looks like there
was a slightly rolled up area at the edge...

It is very hard to see in the photo, but it is there,
more noticible when viewing the area between
the bell cranks...

I suspect this was interferring with the free movement
of one or more of the bell cranks...

Somewhere in the past, the bell cranks were removed and
the offending area sanded down to eliminate the
binding...

This is the likely reason for the scratches...
